The 9/11 Memorial Museum Store is dedicated to your satisfaction; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is protected, and include a copy of your packing slip or receipt.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our fulfillment center and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
